As a Talent Acquisition Assistant reporting to the Director, you will support talent attraction and selection projects over a 12-month contract. You will be responsible for administrative support in a high-volume environment, ensuring smooth recruitment stages and providing a positive experience for all candidates. Attention to detail and effective communication will be keys to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inquiries from applicants and candidates
• Update HRIS in line with recruitment progress
• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews and logistics
• Assemble offer packages and process new hires
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and files
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• 1+ years in Talent Acquisition or HR roles
• Experience supporting high-volume HR functions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
