As part of the Corporate and Investment Banking Talent Strategy team, you'll support talent development and early talent recruitment. You'll manage various programs across onboarding, coaching, and employer branding while collaborating with business leaders and stakeholders. Your strong organizational and analytical skills will be critical in delivering high-quality experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate talent development programs to enhance leadership skills

• Manage execution of strategic talent initiatives and programs

• Partner with recruitment for campus engagement and internship activities

• Drive employer branding and visibility at industry events

• Monitor program effectiveness with data and stakeholder feedback

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

• 5 to 6 years in talent management or related roles

• Strong planning and stakeholder management experience

• Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and Power Point

• Availability for quarterly travel across Canada
