Become a key player as a Recruiter at RTCA in Chatsworth, CA. Manage the full recruitment life cycle while making an impact on our aerospace and defense projects.
This full-time, onsite role encompasses a six-month temporary project with potential for extension. As a Recruiter, you will engage candidates through resume reviews, prescreens, and interviews, ensuring a seamless recruiting process. Proactive sourcing and collaboration with hiring managers are vital to recommend the best-fit candidates for RTCA’s diverse positions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review resumes and applications thoroughly
• Source candidates via Linked In and professional platforms
• Conduct phone and video prescreen interviews
• Present vetted candidates to hiring managers
• Negotiate offer recommendations and manage onboarding
Requirements:
• Full-cycle recruiting experience required
• Strong communication and typing skills
• Expertise in using ATS for documentation
• Ability to develop effective interview questions
• Experience in aerospace or manufacturing preferred
