Your expertise will be crucial in managing complex employee relations and supporting leaders throughout various HR processes. Collaborating with diverse professionals, you will deliver comprehensive HR services tailored to distinct client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead workplace investigations and recommend resolutions
• Collaborate with Union leadership on employee relations
• Design HR initiatives based on client project needs
• Provide holistic HR support and issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and legislation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• CHRP designation is mandatory
• Five years HR Generalist experience in healthcare
• Membership in HRPA in good standing
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
