The role involves end-to-end recruitment for Kensington's growing portfolio in travel and technology. You'll be responsible for sourcing candidates for Technology & Product needs while also supporting corporate hiring across Finance, Marketing, and Operations. Collaborating with hiring leaders will be key to understanding their needs and ensuring optimal candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own full-cycle recruitment from intake to onboarding
• Lead recruitment for Software Development and IT positions
• Support hiring for Finance, Marketing, and HR disciplines
• Develop targeted recruitment strategies based on role specifics
• Conduct structured candidate assessments for fit
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience
• Proven expertise in Technology recruitment
• Strong passive sourcing abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with ATS, preferably Greenhouse
