In this 12-month contract role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly manufacturing positions. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create effective hiring strategies. You will also track recruitment metrics, ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment cycles for hourly positions
• Partner with managers to identify talent needs
• Advise on labour market trends and practices
• Create and promote engaging job postings
• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing recruitment
• Experience managing multiple requisitions
• Strong knowledge of GTA labour market
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
