As an HR Generalist, you will support the HR Manager in daily operations, coordinate payroll through Ceridian HRIS, and assist in talent acquisition. Your responsibilities will span employee onboarding, policy communication, and maintaining positive employee relations while managing attendance programs and training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process weekly payroll and manage benefit enrollments
• Administer onboarding and pre-hire documentation
• Support recruitment efforts for various positions
• Conduct new employee orientation and safety training
• Handle employee relations matters and maintain records
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of progressive HR experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of HRIS systems and employment laws
