YSM is searching for a seasoned Director of People & Culture to guide their HR strategy. The position requires extensive knowledge in compensation, performance management, and training development, while fostering a healthy workplace culture. You will also play a key role in regulatory compliance and organizational development, driving a diverse and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee annual operational plans for HR

• Enhance policies to attract and retain quality talent

• Drive initiatives for staff development and wellness

• Guide complex employee relations and performance management

• Foster collaboration with other organizations and Christian groups

Requirements:

• 10+ years HR experience, CHRL/CHRE preferred

• In-depth knowledge of employment legislation

• Strong strategic and analytical skills
