As a Benefits Manager reporting to the Associate Director, you will design and deliver health benefits and wellness programs backed by data insights. Your responsibilities will include administering disability management, leading workplace accommodations, and ensuring compliance across benefits programs. This role emphasizes collaboration with external vendors and internal stakeholders to create a holistic employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement HOOPP's wellness strategy
• Manage disability claims with compassion and confidentiality
• Evaluate partnerships with third-party vendors for quality service
• Support benefits communications and program improvements
• Foster a positive, engaged work environment connecting HR and employee needs
Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years in benefits and wellness management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
• Experience with global benefits is a plus
