Drive commercial hiring at Ebury through Linked In sourcing and candidate assessment within an international, cross-functional recruitment team.
This Talent Acquisition Partner position suits recruitment professionals moving in-house or developing international talent acquisition careers. You will support Ebury’s commercial team growth while sourcing candidates across North America. The role focuses on sales recruitment, candidate screening, and evaluating relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and behaviours.
Key Responsibilities:- Source candidates through Linked In and other social networks
- Recruit candidates across North America for diverse vacancies
- Support commercial and sales recruitment priorities
- Screen candidates’ CVs and job applications
- Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, experience, and behaviours
- Previous agency, in-house, or talent acquisition recruitment experience
- Experience delivering sales or commercial recruitment
- Fluent English verbal and written communication
- Highly organised, autonomous, and service-oriented approach
- Additional languages, particularly Spanish, are advantageous
