- Drive workforce planning and organizational design strategies
- Lead change management aligned with business demands
- Customize talent strategies using market and competitive insights
- Collaborate with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards
- Eight-plus years as a top-tier People Business Partner
- Two-plus years in a demanding technology company
- Experience supporting Engineering or Product organizations
- Deep expertise and curiosity about AI's changing impact
- Data orientation balanced with empathy and team anecdotes
