Key Responsibilities:- Identify staffing requirements and post employment advertisements
- Collect and screen applications from potential candidates
- Advise applicants on employment requirements and conditions
- Arrange interviews, transfers, redeployment, and personnel placement
- Prepare job offers and notify applicants of results
- At least one year of personnel administration experience
- Clerical or administrative experience related to personnel administration
- Related college diploma in personnel management is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication with focus on quality baking
