Global Human Resources Intern

Build global compensation experience at Celestica in Toronto through a hybrid, 14-month internship using Excel, analysis, and data management.

This Human Resources intern supports compensation and HR teams while developing skills in benefits administration, benchmarking, research, and global mobility. The opportunity suits students completing their third year in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or Economics programs. No formal experience is required, and the internship starts May 2027.

• Participate in annual compensation surveys and analyze results
• Support quarterly variable pay program reporting processes
• Assist with job evaluations for new and modified roles
• Run regular and ad hoc compensation and headcount reports
• Maintain process documentation and support administrative deliverables

• Currently enrolled in an internship program completing third-year study
• Strong interest in human resources and compensation
• Significant Microsoft Excel skills and database familiarity
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
