Join our team as we seek a dynamic IT System Administrator to spearhead IT operations  are looking for a candidate with a strong cultural alignment to our company who is eager to embark on a journey of learning and growth with us.

• Establish and manage complete network infrastructure, including firewall configuration, ISP, LAN setup, and WiFi administration
• Configure, procure and setup of laptops, servers, and network inventory
• Maintenance and administration of Google Workspace, Office
  365, Azure, Development cloud, etc
• Server farm/Data center setup and maintenance, including rack and stack, automated OS deployment and remote management
• Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures, including access control, endpoint security, and vulnerability management, to protect against security threats and breaches
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives, such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Stay informed about emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in IT system administration
• For individuals with the potential and passion, there are exciting opportunities for future growth into team management, devops, SRE, and more

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proficiency in MacOS and Linux operating systems
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols
• Experience with IT security principles and practices
  
  Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues independently and efficiently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
