Performance Test Engineer – AWS

• Performance Testing Skills using JMeter, Load Runner or other AWS performance testing tools to create and execute test scripts for various AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway).
• Designing, developing, and executing comprehensive performance test plans and strategies for AWS-based applications, including identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and defining test scenarios.
• Utilizing performance testing tools like JMeter, Load Runner, or other specialized AWS performance testing tools to create and execute test scripts for various AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway).
• Conducting different types of performance tests, such as load, stress, scalability, and endurance tests, and monitoring the performance of AWS resources and application components during test execution.
• Analyzing performance test results, identifying bottlenecks, performance regressions, and potential issues within the AWS environment or application code.
• Generating detailed reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Understanding AWS-specific performance considerations, including auto-scaling, serverless architectures, and optimizing for cost-effectiveness while maintaining performance.
