Summary

As Senior Advisor, Technology Services & Strategy, you will play a critical role in defining and driving our technology vision through leadership of the following functions:

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

  • Support bi-annual strategic planning cycles and deep dives, with outputs for C-suite leaders
  • Enable cross-functional development, execution and optimization of Bell's Technology Services team strategy
  • Establish and expand AI-focused practices and solutions across teams.
  • Creation, management and tracking of strategic programs and development of executive level communications
  • Prepare presentations for internal strategy reviews, as well as to support communications and organizational events

Stakeholder Management

  • Assist with planning and carrying out SVP & EVP weekly team meetings
  • Work with senior management, business leaders, and stakeholders to align on strategic goals

Transformation programs

  • Facilitate the planning and implementation of Centres of Excellence (CoEs).
  • Develop and support the implementation of change management plans and activities

Critical Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a role related to business strategy, strategic planning, or management consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills; able to turn data into insights
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Skilled in project and change management, ideally for large transformations
  • Creative leader with strong organizational skills
  • Capable of coordinating inter-connected deliverables
  • Effective team player at all organization levels
