Hours:

9am-5pm Monday-Friday;standard 37.5 hrs/week

Project:
ISO 20022 program will be rolled-out in phases, with the focus being SR2026 for the current phase. This program aligns delivery objectives across multiple channels in GBM to successfully achieve SR2026 mandate.

Reason:
ISO 20022 is a global payment messaging standard being adopted by SWIFT and over 10, 000 financial institutions and multiple payment networks around the world. ISO 20022 enables more data and context to travel with a wire payment.

Candidate Value Proposition:
You have the opportunity to plan and coordinate testing effort across the program to ensure alignment across workstreams.

Typical Day in Role:

• Lead planning sessions

• Test plan alignment across workstreams

• Communicate progress status to program manager and escalate blockers

• Reviewing test plans across various program workstreams to ensure alignment on milestones.

• Identify risks to dates and milestones, and recommend mitigation.

• Work with various workstreams to develop integrated test strategy.

• Create test cycles and dashboards on Confluence. Track test ticket status.

Must have skills:

• 10 + years of experience as QA

• 8-10 years of experience with Test strategy and plan development, bridging gaps and misalignment.

• 8+ years of experience with Facilitate sessions across multiple workstreams

• 8+ years of experience with Confluence and JIRA, X-Ray creating test execution cycles and dashboards

• 8+ years of experience with automation, defect triage processes

• Well versed in test tools –Selenium, Postman.

Nice to have:

• Payments background

• Previous experience with top 5 banks / Financial institutions.

• Familiarity with ISO program

• Ability to influence and build consensus

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field required.

The ideal candidate will be an Experienced Lead in integrated test strategy and planning across multiple workstreams. Confidently lead planning sessions and highlight risks or blockers. Organized and detail-oriented.
