Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with 9+ years of Salesforce experience
, including 3+ years working with Financial Services Cloud (FSC). This role combines hands‑on development with architectural leadership to deliver robust, scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to the financial services sector. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise and the ability to lead end‑to‑end solution design, development, and implementation.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of FSC solutions across wealth management, banking, and insurance domains.
• Architect scalable and secure solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards and Salesforce best practices.
• Configure and extend FSC features such as Action Plans, Financial Accounts, Rollups, and Relationship Groups.
• Develop custom components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs.
• Define data models, security frameworks, and integration strategies using REST/SOAP.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, BAs, and QA teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Guide junior developers and oversee code quality through reviews and mentorship.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment activities, and post‑implementation optimization.
• Evaluate Salesforce platform updates and proactively introduce enhancements.

• 9+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
• Proven experience designing FSC‑specific data models and solutions for financial institutions.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security models, platform limits, and performance optimization.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, and Dev Ops practices.
• Salesforce certifications:
  Platform Developer I (required);
  Developer II, FSC, and Architect certifications (preferred).
• Background in banking, insurance, or wealth management is a strong asset.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Experience with Salesforce Shield, Salesforce Data Cloud, or Einstein Analytics.
• Familiarity with tools like Gearset, Copado, VS Code, and Salesforce DX.
• Understanding of compliance requirements in regulated financial environments.
