The IT Support Specialist will provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for computer systems, software, and network-related issues.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for employees.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Provide technical support for operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Maintain cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures.
- Assist with IT infrastructure upgrades and system improvements.
- Document IT procedures and train end-users.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Knowledge of networking protocols (DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for user support.
