CA$/yr – CA$/yr

• Own the visual design across the product, from early concepts to high‑fidelity mockups and prototypes.
• Conduct informal user research and adapt research methods to deliver actionable insights.
• Create prototypes to communicate design intent and validate decisions.
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to prototype and bring designs to life.
• Leverage front‑end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Type Script) to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.

• Portfolio evidencing at least one complete software interface design project.
• 3+ years of professional design experience.
• Proficiency with SaaS application design workflows.

• Strong portfolio showcasing complex enterprise software designs.
• Experience designing construction‑related software.
• Iterative design culture: validate ideas early, solicit feedback, and iterate rapidly.
• Design decisions informed by engineering and business constraints.
• User‑centric mindset across diverse contexts, from manufacturing to research.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance design productivity.

• Salary Range: CA $140,000 – CA $190,000.
• Long‑term incentives through equity and stock options.
