Job Description
- Stakeholder Management & Change Coordination:
- Coordinate stakeholders to manage and support technical change requests.
- Act as the primary point of contact for change-related communications, clearly articulating requirements and technical implications.
- Track deliverables and progress on change requests using tools like Jira/Confluence, SharePoint.
- Perform follow-ups to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on scope, delivery, and the chosen change window.
- Actively participate in requirements gathering sessions, translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Help define and create new processes to improve efficiency in the team.
- Technical Development:
- Assist in the development of software solutions, primarily utilizing Python and web development technologies.
- Manage code changes and collaboration using Git version control.
- Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards using Power
BI and implement automation solutions with Power Automate. - Work within an Agile/PDLC framework, contributing to team goals.
- Required Skills &
Qualifications:- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to solve technical problems.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
- Proficiency in data analysis principles.
- Foundational knowledge of Python and web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with version control, specifically Git.
- Experience or strong interest in using Power
BI and Power Automate. - Basic understanding of project delivery methodologies such as Agile or PDLC.
- Confluence and SharePoint for documentation and collaboration.
- Jira for project management and task tracking.
- Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate.
- 2-3 years relevant experience.
