We are looking for a Freelance, Part Time or Project‑Based talented Website Designer with expertise in Word Press and a passion for creating visually stunning and user‑friendly websites. Join our team and contribute to the creation of impactful websites that effectively meet our clients’ needs and goals.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their website requirements, target audience, and branding guidelines.
- Design and develop custom Word Press themes and templates based on client specifications and design guidelines.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present design concepts and gather feedback.
- Customize and configure Word Press themes, plugins, and widgets to achieve desired functionality and visual appearance.
- Implement responsive design techniques to ensure websites display optimally across various devices and screen sizes.
- Integrate and organize website content, including text, images, videos, and other media elements using the Word Press content management system.
- Optimize website performance, including page load speed, SEO, and caching, using Word Press best practices.
- Provide ongoing website maintenance and updates, including troubleshooting issues, fixing bugs, and implementing design enhancements based on user feedback and business requirements.
- Stay up to date with the latest Word Press updates, trends, and best practices, and apply them to enhance website designs and functionality.
- Collaborate with web developers, content creators, and other team members to ensure a seamless integration of design and functionality.
- Train clients on how to use and manage their Word Press websites effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in web design, graphic design, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in website design and development using Word Press.
- In‑depth knowledge of Word Press architecture, themes, plugins, and best practices.
- Proficient with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
- Excellent visual design skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
