We’re looking for an Answer Engine Optimization & Social Media Coordinator — someone who loves social media but is also curious about how AI is changing the rules of digital visibility. You don’t need to know it all — we will train you

• Manage and grow Xeo’s Linked In, Facebook, and social channels with engaging posts.
• Create content that works not just for people, but for AI systems (structured, optimized, and smart).
• Build AI citations & mentions that improve credibility across the web.
• Support online reputation through platforms like Capterra, BBB, G2, and industry listings.
• Track engagement, monitor visibility, and suggest fresh ideas.
• Work closely with the founder on campaigns that spotlight Xeo’s AI tools and services.

• Strong interest in social media and digital marketing.
• Basic experience with content tools (Canva, Figma, Cap Cut, or similar).
• Good writing skills with a creative, punchy style.
• Curiosity about AI, startups, and the future of marketing.
• Detail-oriented and organized (you’ll be managing multiple platforms).

Don’t worry — we’ll train you on the AI-specific parts like citations, mentions, and AEO.)
