This role is on the Shared Capabilities team, responsible for implementing transformative capabilities across the entire enterprise. We need someone to help us envision and build the core services that underpin all Thomson Reuters products.

You will play a key role in the development of product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and set key business objectives (OKRs). You will lead the discovery, development, and release of features for Customer Profile, acting as the "voice of the customers" to ensure their needs are met and the product development team receives the direction and support it needs to succeed.

You will gather use cases, document requirements, and maintain a product backlog of customer themes, epics, and stories while prioritizing the backlog for the highest impact work.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap that aligns with the company’s overall strategy and objectives. Continuously refine the roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback, and business goals.
  • Drive the user experience and interface design efforts by working closely with design teams. Ensure products deliver intuitive, visually appealing, and user‑centric interfaces that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a cross‑functional Scrum team, including developers, designers, and stakeholders. Foster a collaborative high‑performing environment that delivers high‑quality products on schedule, keeping the engineering team fully occupied.
  • Leverage technical knowledge of web technologies, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and APIs to make informed decisions during product development. Collaborate effectively with the development team to ensure the feasibility and optimal execution of technical requirements and understand end‑to‑end customer experience integration dependencies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Conduct market research and internal data analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements or new features.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support to gather insights and feedback, using this information to refine product strategies and address customer pain points.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize product requirements. Translate these into clear epics and user stories that align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Coordinate product releases and updates, ensuring timely delivery of features while maintaining product quality. Communicate release plans to internal teams and customers as necessary.
  • Be the driving force for onboarding the Customer Profile across our suite of products.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 2+ years experience as a product manager or owner in web‑based products and/or APIs.
  • Proficiency in UI/UX principles with a track record of collaborating effectively with design teams.
  • Strong technical background with deep understanding of web technologies and APIs.
  • Demonstrated experience in enterprise product life‑cycle management.
  • liDemonstrated experience in leading and managing cross‑functional Scrum teams.
  • Good understanding of agile methodologies and Scrum processes/ceremonies.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
