We are seeking an experienced Service Now Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions within the Service Now platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and process owners to optimize ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other Service Now modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops and interviews
  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements using Service Now best practices
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
  • Work closely with Service Now developers and architects to design and implement solutions
  • Configure Service Now modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.) as per requirements
  • Create process flows, BRDs, FRDs, and test scenarios
  • Support UAT and ensure business sign-off
  • Manage backlog, prioritize requirements, and track delivery milestones
  • Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for end users
  • Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data standards
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Service Now
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, etc.)
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with Service Now reporting and dashboards
Preferred Qualifications
  • Service Now CSA or CIS certification
  • ITIL certification
  • Experience with HRSD, CSM, or Sec Ops modules
  • Experience in integrations and workflow automation
Soft Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
