Director, Procurement Platforms Enablement

* ** Operational Excellence** - Strong skills in responding to outages, troubleshooting issues, and implementing root cause analysis. Experience in provisioning, access control, and managing user roles across platforms. Ability to define, measure, and report on platform SLAs and KPIs.
* ** Communication and Collaboration** - Skilled at translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences and engaging with business leaders. Ability to work with IT, security, compliance, and business teams to ensure platform alignment. Experience developing training materials and programs for end users and administrators.
* ** Continuous Improvement
- ** Staying up-to-date with SaaS trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, especially in the Procurement, S2P and Third Party Management space. Identifying and implementing improvements to platform administration processes.
** Technical expertise
- ** Deep understanding of cloud computing models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Experience integrating SaaS platforms with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM). Expertise in SaaS security protocols, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOC
2), and risk management. Skills in monitoring, tuning, and scaling SaaS applications for reliability and efficiency. Proficiency in managing and securing APIs for third-party integrations. Deep familiarity and proficiency with market leading S2P / Procurement applications and intake, workflow and orchestration tools such as Coupa, Zip, Ariba, etc.
