Fleet Space has a revolutionary product - Exo Sphere - that is used by the worlds leading mineral exploration companies. In this role you would support our North and South American projects with technical support, designing high quality Geophysical surveys and supporting field crews remotely with troubleshooting and real‑time monitoring of instruments in the field.

You will play a critical role throughout the entire survey life cycle, ensuring quality, precision and operational momentum in a fast‑paced mineral exploration environment.

We're an Australian Headquartered company with over 20 employees already in North and South America.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a minimum of 2 years in Technical support roles that require a high level of customer communication and interaction with advanced written and spoken English – additional skills in Spanish are a bonus.

Experience with QGIS or ArcGIS is highly desirable, as is a background in Geology, Geophysics or the mining industry or experience with technical support on IoT devices for Business/Enterprise level clients.

The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical and confident working independently. You will continuously monitor active surveys, anticipate potential issues and make sound decisions without relying on immediate support. The role occasionally involves weekend and out‑of‑hours work during live surveys. You will also be part of a Global and collaborative team of Geophysical Solutions Specialists who provide assistance as needed.

In exchange we're offering great flexibility and the opportunity to work on a Product and at a company that is innovating the Critical Mineral Exploration industry using Space technology, to further humanity.

  • Oversee hardware updates, maintenance, and refurbishment as required.
  • Participate in out‑of‑hours and on‑call roster as necessary.
  • Travel to customer sites as needed to provide hands‑on support and expertise.
  • Foster collaboration across teams, ensuring a “one‑team” mindset to drive success.

Exo Sphere, our end‑to‑end mineral exploration solution powered by space and AI, aims to accelerate critical mineral discovery needed for the clean energy technologies foundational to humanity’s clean energy future.

As part of Fleet’s founding vision, we also apply our technology to innovative solutions for defence and space exploration, including an upcoming mission to the Moon. Headquartered in Adelaide, South Australia, Fleet has rapidly grown to over 170 employees including a growing team in the USA, Canada, and beyond.
