Our client is urgently seeking a high-performing Mandarin-Speaking
Growth Marketer to join their team. This full-time, in-office role is based in Etobicoke, ON, and will lead multi-channel growth initiatives, manage acquisition and retention metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize user journeys. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated professional with experience in performance marketing, strategic partnerships, and product collaboration in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

• Identify and manage North American strategic partnerships that unlock new user funnels.
• Manage and monitor growth across many channels: partnerships, SEO, content, paid social, influencer, referral and coordinate with channel owners.
• Track CAC/LTV rigorously and optimize efforts to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with product/design to optimize onboarding and activation.

• Fully bilingual in English and Mandarin. This is a mandatory requirement for all candidates.
• 3–6 years of experience in growth or performance marketing with hands-on multi-channel execution
• Background in consumer apps,
  fintech
  , or financial services strongly preferred
• Direct experience developing strategic partnerships
  —including influencer and co-marketing campaigns—combined with strong analytical skills and product intuition to manage acquisition costs and optimize user journeys
