- Lead enterprise‑wide digital analytics initiatives across CI’s business units.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for analytics evolution and priority alignment.
- Deliver executive‑level dashboards and insights tailored to business lines and leadership needs.
- Collaborate with third‑party vendors to enhance reporting capabilities and ensure data integrity.
- Oversee campaign tagging and tracking to ensure accurate, complete, and actionable data.
- Identify and resolve measurement gaps with innovative solutions.
- Translate complex data into strategic insights that align with business goals.
- Drive test‑and‑learn strategies to optimize performance and inform marketing decisions.
- Uncover growth opportunities across content, product, and digital engagement metrics.
- Integrate cross‑channel results into holistic performance narratives for stakeholders.
- Minimum 7+ years in digital analytics, with a strong focus on financial marketing or wealth management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Strategy, or Technology; advanced degree a plus.
- Proven ability to connect data to strategy, delivering insights that influence executive decisions.
- Experience presenting findings to senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and data visualization platforms.
- Expertise in marketing analytics platforms and campaign performance measurement.
- Deep understanding of the financial services landscape, including asset and wealth management.
- Familiarity with digital and social media trends relevant to financial audiences.
- Experience in marketing ideation and campaign strategy.
- Exceptional analytical and storytelling skills—able to turn numbers into narratives.
- Strong attention to detail with strategic vision.
- Confident decision‑maker and communicator, comfortable leading presentations.
- Skilled in cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $81,000 to $131,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary may vary by geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a bonus program.
