The Work

The Manager, AI Enablement Operations is responsible for running the operational engine of the bank’s AI program. This role ensures that AI platforms, training, communications, and adoption programs work in practice, not just on paper.

The role sits within the AI Centre of Enablement (AICoE) and acts as the execution layer between AI strategy, governance, and the business. While senior leadership sets direction and risk posture, this role ensures the organisation can actually use AI day to day.

This includes owning the AI Champions program, AI training pathways, enterprise AI communications, and the operational enablement of platforms such as M365 Copilot and Microsoft Foundry.
