Sr. SharePoint & Power BI Solutions Lead

Core Responsibilities

• Migration & Modernization: Lead the technical migration of classic SharePoint sites and custom solutions into modern SharePoint Online (SPO) environments.
• Solution Development: Design and implement scalable, high-performing intranet solutions utilizing SPFx
  , Power Automate
  , and other M365 services.
• Governance & Automation: Build automated workflows for site provisioning, content migration, and governance to ensure platform consistency and quality.
• Analytics & Reporting: Develop and manage Power BI dashboards to track engagement, communication effectiveness, and system performance metrics.
• Expert Support: Act as the highest level of technical escalation for SharePoint Online, focusing on performance optimization and user enablement.
• Business Consultation: Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical architecture.

Skills:

• Development: Proficient in SPFx (SharePoint Framework) and Power Platform.
• Migration: Proven track record of migrating from SharePoint 2016/Classic to Modern SharePoint Online.
• Data Visualization: Advanced knowledge of Power BI for metric tracking.
• Administration: Deep understanding of _Sharepoint Admin and M365 governance.
• Leadership: Experience translating stakeholder requirements into enterprise-level technical solutions.

Desirable Skills (Recommended to add):

• Experience with migration tools (e.g., Share Gate, AvePoint, or Mover.io).
• Knowledge of TypeScript, React
  , or Node.js for SPFx development.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and PnP Power Shell.
• Microsoft Certifications (e.g., MS-600: M365 Developer Associate or MS-102: Endpoint Administrator).
