Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements
Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements using workshops, interviews, and process mapping
Translate business needs into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 (CRM / ERP)
Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and gap analysis documents
Identify process improvement opportunities using Dynamics capabilities
Microsoft Dynamics 365
Work on one or more Dynamics modules such as:
Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service
Finance, Supply Chain, HR (if ERP-focused)
Configure Dynamics 365 (entities, forms, workflows, business rules) where applicable
Support data migration, integrations, and system enhancements
Collaborate with developers on customizations and integrations
