A fast-growing platform in the video tech space is hiring a full-time Dev Ops Engineer to own deployment, monitoring, and automation across complex AWS and Kubernetes environments. This is more than uptime—it’s about designing resilient infrastructure for software used in high-performance, security-conscious environments, where reliability isn’t a nice-to-have.

You’ll work side-by-side with developers to harden CI/CD pipelines, refine observability systems, and push automation deep into every layer of deployment. Whether you’re streamlining installations or writing scripts to fine-tune configurations, the impact of your work will be immediate and foundational. This is an in‑office role for someone ready to solve real infrastructure problems with code, collaboration, and curiosity.

• Proficiency in AWS environments and services including EC2, Auto Scaling, Cloud Watch, RDS, S3, and Cloud Formation
• Strong experience with Kubernetes (k3s), Docker, and Helm, including production‑grade deployments
• Hands‑on use of configuration and IaC tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Git Lab CI, plus deep Linux expertise

• Experience integrating monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus or Zabbix
• Familiarity with centralized logging using ELK stack and log‑driven troubleshooting
• Background with build systems (GNU Make, Autotools, or Gradle) and virtualization tools like VMWare vSphere

• Hands‑On Engineering: 75%
• Team Collaboration & Cross‑Functional Work: 25%
