Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams of cloud platform engineers, providing technical guidance and career development
• Design enterprise grade cloud architectures and platform solutions that align with customer business objectives
• Define technical standards, best practices, and architectural patterns for cloud platform engineering teams
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide strategic technical direction for complex cloud implementations
• Drive adoption of cloud native technologies, microservices architectures, and modern platform engineering practices

• Work on site at customer locations to understand business requirements and technical constraints
• Lead discovery sessions and architectural workshops with customer stakeholders and technical teams
• Present technical solutions and recommendations to C level executives and senior leadership
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic customer engagements
• Translate business requirements into comprehensive technical solutions and implementation roadmaps

• Establish cloud governance frameworks, security policies, and compliance standards
• Design and implement Policy as Code strategies to ensure consistent governance across environments
• Lead Fin Ops initiatives to optimize cloud costs and establish cost governance practices
• Define observability and monitoring strategies to ensure platform reliability and performance
• Drive Dev Sec Ops  transformation and security automation across customer environments
