Job Description
The TeamThe Customer Excellence Group (CEG) at Service Now helps customers achieve business outcomes by providing prescriptive guidance. You will work with customers to drive consumption, adoption, and satisfaction and help them grow their Service Now investment by demonstrating value.
The RoleThis role is part of the Platform Workflows and Platform Expert Services team and will be a functional and technical expert of Service Now’s front end technologies. The ideal candidate is passionate about the intersection of human needs and business impact, thrives in a fluid work environment, is a self-motivated partner and leader, and can work across industries. An exceptional designer OR developer with some capability in the other discipline will be considered.
