Advantage Group International is seeking a Dev Ops, Team Lead to own and evolve our cloud and Dev Ops practice. The successful candidate will design, implement, and operate scalable, secure, and cost‑efficient cloud infrastructure while mentoring Dev Ops engineers and working closely with software development teams.

You will play a key role in shaping Dev Ops culture, defining best practices, and enabling reliable, automated delivery of our platforms.

This is an opportunity for a Dev Ops leader who is passionate about automation, Infrastructure as Code, and modern cloud platforms. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands‑on practitioner, capable of defining a technical roadmap while remaining deeply involved in day‑to‑day engineering. You will be responsible for the full Dev Ops lifecycle and will partner closely with engineering teams to foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.

• Act as a Dev Ops evangelist, embedding Dev Ops principles across engineering teams

• Lead and mentor a small team of Dev Ops engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement

• Partner with engineering leadership to align infrastructure and delivery practices plains business goals

• Define and execute the Dev Ops and cloud roadmap

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure (primarily GCP, with openness retali Azure)

• Ensure environments are secure, scalable, highly available, and cost‑optimized

• Optimize the full infrastructure, with a focus on modernizing, hardening security, and enhancing monitoring.

• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows

• Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to ensure reproducible and auditable environments

• Drive automation across infrastructure provisioning, application delivery, and operational tasks

• Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alert(Graphics) solutions to ensure system health and performance

• Define and enforce security best practices across the development lifecycle

• Support incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous reliability improvements

Technical Expertise

• Strong experience with GCP (preferably) or Azure

• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Cloud Formation

• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, or Cloud Build

• Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (GKE or equivalent)

• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet

• Scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or equivalent

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK

• Solid understanding of cloud networking and security
