As a key contributor, you will transform complex ideas into intuitive, engaging, and impactful digital solutions that resonate with users and drive the future of our offerings.

About

the Opportunity

We are seeking a talented designer to join our agile and iterative environment. You will craft digital experiences that define our products, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders from concept to implementation. This role suits a natural problem-solver and communicator who thrives on creating designs that inspire, engage, and excite, making a tangible difference in users’ daily lives.

  • Drive design strategy: leverage your understanding of user interface patterns and behaviors to enhance comprehension and optimize task performance.
  • Design compelling visualizations and interactions that facilitate analytic thinking, especially with large data sets.

  • Lead ideation sessions and collaborative design activities.
  • Serve as the subject-matter expert for interaction design within the product design team.
  • Create impactful artifacts: apply interaction and visual design theories, research insights, and best practices to inform decisions.
  • Develop complex low-fidelity sketches, wireframes, and prototypes to explore, communicate, and validate concepts.
  • Produce detailed prototypes with precise delivery specifications for development teams.
  • Present interaction design work effectively to senior stakeholders.
  • Lead research and testing: orchestrate usability testing sessions and participate in critical research activities.
  • Conduct competitive audits and research industry interaction design strategies relevant to objectives.
  • Perform thorough audits of design patterns, micro-interactions, and components as needed.
What’s in it for You

You’ll thrive in a supportive culture where designers are valued, included, and heard, surrounded by experts in their fields. This is an opportunity to work on solutions that impact millions and contribute to an organization that values customer experience and maintains leadership in global digital product design.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • Must-have: BA/BS degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science (CS), or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing application design samples.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience designing usable interfaces across various channels and platforms.
  • Experience in an applied research setting, including integrating user research findings into product designs.
  • Ability to clearly articulate design strategy, rationale, and logic, including benefits and risks of decisions.
  • Proven expertise with industry-standard design, prototyping, and research tools.
  • Nice to have:
  • MA/MS degree or certification in Design, HCI, CS, or related field.
  • Understanding of strengths and limitations of different research methods and when to apply them.
  • Appreciation for the potential of design thinking.
  • Experience in a large organization and in an agile development environment.
