We’re looking for an Organic Growth Strategist to join our Growth Marketing team. This is a mid-level role perfect for someone who wants to develop expertise in cutting-edge SEO, AI search optimization, and marketing automation—while maintaining excellent standards of the content that hits our site.

Working closely with our Sr. Organic Growth Manager and Sr. Content Strategist, this role is designed as follows: 20% (non-code) technical SEO implementation, 10% dashboard-building and analytics, 40% E-E-A-T optimization and PSEO hub generation, and 30% Air Ops automation. All work focuses on driving measurable organic growth while staying ahead of search algorithm changes and LLM evolution.

Reporting to the Manager, Organic Growth, this role is for you if you’re passionate about the intersection of data analysis, technical SEO, content quality, and emerging AI search platforms. You’ll help transform our organic growth strategy through meticulous execution, intelligent automation, and deep expertise in trust-building optimization.

Key tasks under each area include:

  • Technical SEO Implementation:
    • Execute non-code technical SEO fixes, including meta optimization, internal linking strategies, URL structure improvements, and basic schema markup to enhance crawlability and indexability.
    • Conduct regular SEO audits and resolve issues, collaborating with developers when code changes are needed, while handling as much as possible independently.
  • Dashboard Building & Analytics:
    • Create comprehensive SEO dashboards using Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and other tools to track blog, glossary, PSEO, and core product page performance.
    • Analyze LLM trends and AI search impact by monitoring content performance in AI tools, tracking citation rates, and optimizing for AI-powered search visibility.
  • E-E-A-T Optimization & Programmatic SEO:
    • Develop and implement E-E-A-T enhancement strategies across the blog and programmatic hubs to improve expertise, authoritativeness, and trust signals.
    • Manage author credibility and content authority with systematic approaches for author bios, attribution, and first-hand experience content.
    • Build trust signals through reviews, testimonials, expert quotes, original research citations, and other credibility markers.
    • Optimize for YMYL content standards with sourcing, expert validation, and transparent authorship.
    • Provide data-driven insights for programmatic content strategy, including opportunity identification and content gap analysis.
  • Air Ops Automation & Process Optimization:
    • Build automated workflows using Air Ops to streamline content optimization, keyword tracking, technical SEO performance, competitor monitoring, and performance reporting without sacrificing quality.

These are the experiences and strengths that will set you up for success in this role:

  • SEO Foundation
    : 5+ years of hands-on experience in technical SEO or SEO content with a strong foundation in SEO structure, keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking.
  • E-E-A-T Expertise
    :
    Deep understanding of Google’s Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness framework, especially for YMYL content and programmatic SEO.
  • Data Analysis Skills
    :
    Experience with analytics tools (GA, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and data visualization platforms; ability to spot trends and communicate insights clearly.
  • Technical SEO Knowledge
    :
    No-code technical SEO fundamentals and ability to contribute to site infrastructure improvements.
  • AI & LLM Obsession
    :
    Interest in how AI search engines work and how to optimize content for AI-powered search results;…
