BA Capital market

Seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 10+ years of hands-on experience in Agile or hybrid development environments within Capital Markets, with a strong focus on Fixed Income. The role requires deep knowledge of capital markets, including FX, derivatives, payments, and fixed income products. Candidates should be technically proficient, with strong SQL and data analysis skills, and capable of understanding complex application integrations for external data capture and downstream reporting.

Excellent communication skills are essential to effectively bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Gloss is highly preferred.

Key activities & responsibilities:

• 10+ years of hands-on BA experience in an Agile/ Hybrid development environment within Capital market - Fixed income.
• Strong understanding of Capital market, FX, derivatives, payments, fixed income.
• Proficiency in SQL, data analysis and being tech savvy to easily understand application integrations for external data capture and downstream reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge gap between technical and non-technical teams.
