Salesforce Cloud Solutions Architect - Commercial Cloud

Role Description

Ability to define, architect and deliver business solutions to service contact center business cases.

Team player working with development, business, release management and operations teams to develop and implement Salesforce platform-based solutions.

Helping to finalize functional and non-functional requirements.

Manage integration of Salesforce with Mule Soft, Docu Sign, content management and other applications.

Defining and tracking SLA projects progress, lead technical teams and provide technical help.

Create design documents, develop business functionality and provide support for end-to-end testing.

Experience on delivering and deliver custom  enterprise applications.

Experience in implementing Salesforce Sales & Services Cloud.

• Experience on delivering and deliver custom  enterprise applications.
• Experience in implementing Salesforce Sales & Services Cloud.
• Hands-on experience on APEX, Visualforce, Aura Lightning Flow components, LWS, Salesforce back-end coding and Omni channel UI page integration and development using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

• Experience in Financial Cloud, AMP and Marketing cloud
• knowledge of SalesforceDX
• Proven experience working in a multi-team.
• Experience in integration with Mule Soft, Docu Sign and third-party systems using APIs.
• Knowledge of Sub versioning tools (SVN, Git, JIRA, Confluence, etc.)

• Salesforce Community Cloud

8-10 years of experience.
