Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Identity Access Management (IAM) Consultant to support, maintain, and modernize the public sector across development, UAT, and production environments. This role involves advanced PKI engineering, Entrust PKI Suite upgrades, identity/security architecture, IAM integration support, disaster recovery design, system management process development, and 24×7 operational sustainment.

• Networking & platform collaboration: work with partners on load balancers, firewalls, proxies, gateways, and routers; support platform stacks (IIS/Apache/NGINX, Oracle/SQL, Solaris/Windows/Linux/AIX).
• Disaster Recovery (DR): define RTO/RPO targets, document DR processes, execute DR tests for GO‑PKI applications, and remediate gaps.
• System management definition: establish events, metrics, thresholds, and alerts; implement standardized monitoring and operational processes with hosting partners; maintain CMDB updates.

• Incident, problem, and change management reports.
• Support tool recommendations, configurations, and automation scripts.
• Knowledge transfer materials, role descriptions, and transition plans.
• Maintenance procedures, CMDB updates, audit reports, and operational playbooks.

Must Have:

• 10+ years sustaining enterprise IAM/PKI systems.
• 10+ years designing and supporting large IAM implementations across Entrust PKI Suite, ADCS, LDAP tools, Oracle, IIS/Apache/NGINX, and multiple OS platforms.
• 4+ years direct Entrust PKI Suite experience (Security Manager v8.x, Proxy, AES, Admin Services).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, support, and maintain large mission‑critical IAM environments.

Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting or integrating Disaster Recovery for PKI systems.
• Experience developing automation frameworks for IAM operations.
• Experience defining enterprise system monitoring and operational processes.
