Job Description :
Responsibilities:Design and implement PEGA applications aligned with insurance business processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust solutions.Ensure adherence to PEGA best practices, including guardrails and performance standards.Lead development efforts, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior team members.Qualifications:8–10 years of PEGA development experience.PEGA CSSA certification required; LSA preferred.Strong understanding of PEGA architecture, case management, and integration.Proven ability to work independently and deliver in Agile environments.Insurance domain experience is highly desirable.
