About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, data‑driven CRM Administrator to manage, optimize, and enhance our global CRM platform. This role oversees system performance, data quality, analytics, reporting, and user enablement to ensure the CRM is a strategic driver of commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain CRM users, permissions, workflows, and system configuration.
  • Ensure high data quality through governance, auditing, validation, and cleansing.
  • Develop dashboards, analytics, and Power BI reports to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Analyze pipeline, activity trends, forecasting accuracy, and customer engagement metrics.
  • Partner with BI teams to enhance data models and integrations (e.g., Power BI).
  • Lead CRM process improvements, roadmap evolution, new feature rollout, and system upgrades.
  • Deliver global user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to align CRM usage with business objectives and improve adoption.
Qualifications
  • 5 years' experience in CRM Management (Infor CRM, Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar helpful).
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured data.
  • Experience in CRM administration (Infor CRM, Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar).
  • Strong analytical background; skilled in dashboards, KPI design, and data interpretation.
  • Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI preferred).
  • Understanding of sales processes, forecasting, and commercial workflows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
