Dynamics 365 Admin; CE

Must have 3+ years experience as a D365 System Administrator with knowledge of Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE).

The D365 Administrator will be responsible for the analysis, configuration, and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE module .

The ideal candidate will know the entire D365 system, backend storage services, configuration, security,reporting, ISV, any custom development, data integrations, and any device integration. Additional areas of responsibility may include gathering and defining use requirements, user support related to the application.

• Troubleshooting skills - advanced level required to troubleshoot the solution across both CE and PO
• Mustbe able to help coordinate vendor management activities
• Createand Maintain D365 CE and PO Environments
• Createand Maintain D365 Batch Jobs.
• Createand Maintain D365 Indexes.
• Createand Maintain D365 CE Security Roles.
• Managing the code and data movement between environments. Collaborate with Developers,Integrators, and Business Partners for System Enhancement and upgrades.
• Continue monitoring & fine - tuning performance for D365 instances.
• Help the team ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Managing the security component related to Environment setup.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks.
• Manageand maintain system integrations with other internal and external systems
• Assisting with reviewing the architecture, and plans and monitoring the execution of testing

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft DynamicsD
  365 CE module
• Deep Understanding of Microsoft One Dynamics One Platform Vision and Cross-App Scenarios
• Experience with Power Platform and Microsoft Azure (Azure Service Bus, Logic App, Azure Function, Event Grid, Azure SQL Server, Azure Data Lake, Messaging technologies

• Familiar with Power BI Reporting, Azure Active Directory, Azure Data Lake, Microsoft Fabric, Synapse Link for Dataverse
• Familiar with Azure Dev Ops
• Familiar with all phases of D365 PO and CE software development life cycle using acombination of Azure Dev Ops, and Power Platform Admin Center.
• Familiar with Communication Services (SOAP REST, XML, JSON, EDI)
• Familiar with Version Control (Azure Dev Ops, GIT, TFVS)
• Familiar with Azure API technologies (APIM) & Postman
