We are hiring a Staff Dev Ops Engineer to design and scale a Dev Ops and MLOps platform for an enterprise-grade semiconductor design automation SaaS. This is a hands-on, senior role responsible for cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, security, and ML infrastructure from day one.
You’ll partner closely with software and AI teams to ensure our platform is scalable, reliable, secure, and production-ready.
Core Responsibilities Architect and implement Dev Ops & MLOps frameworks
Design and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform (IaC)
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Operate containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/ECS)
Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting
Enforce security best practices, IAM/RBAC, and compliance controls
Required Skills & Experience 8+ years in Dev Ops / Infrastructure Engineering
5+ years of hands-on AWS experience
Strong expertise in Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes
Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar)
Experience with monitoring/observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Cloud Watch)
Solid understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture
Programming/scripting in Python, Bash, Go, YAML/JSON
Exposure to MLOps (model deployment, MLflow/Kubeflow preferred)
