What will you do?
Actively participate in agile daily scrums, updating stories daily in JIRA/SNOW, documenting development progress and collaborating across platform teamsConduct QA on Developer code. Ensure that all development adheres to SLF Service Now development standardsSupport in the development of use cases and testing procedures, ensuring product functionality, debugging and testing is completed prior to production deploymentBuild automated testing in Service Now ATF.Maintain existing ATF framework and ensure that ATF scripts are kept currentValidate/Test API integrationsCollect and report quality metrics from test executionWork with developers to design specific testing strategies for features being developed and automate themCreate comprehensive test plans; execute and automate themAnalyzes software and systems before customer use to ensure the product is defect-free. Validate functionality build by Developers and/or 3rd party vendorsSupport and participate in customer requirement workshops, working with product owner/stakeholders to configure/develop requested items and tasksWork with project teams to understand business/system requirements and solution designs and handle multiple priorities simultaneouslyDevelop applications (scoped and out of the box) working with Service Now Studio for NOW MobileDesign, create and configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc.Design, create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting of each (including CMS/Service Portal)Create and maintain system design and operations documentationWhat do you need to succeed?
4 years experience in Service Now DevelopmentExtensive understanding of the ways in which Service Now can be configured and customized and scripting within the toolExtensive knowledge of building ATF scripts and maintaining the framework as changes take place within the modules, apps and forms.Experience integrating Service Now with external systems through SOAP, REST and/or JSON web servicesExperience with HTML5, JAVA, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Angular.jsAdvanced experience with development in Service Now platformAssets:
Experience ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, Config), VR/SIR, GRC, Discovery, CMDB, Virtual Agent, CSM, FSM, Mobile, Notify, Asset Management.ITIL CertificationIntegration HubCSA and CAD certificationsWhat’s in it for you?
