• Core experience on SPM PPM Implementation

• Data Migration from other tools to SPM Modules i.e. Project Management amp Workspace| Resource Management Workspace| Time sheet policies setup|Configuration Labor Rate cards| SPM Benchmarks

• Configuration knowledge on Agile Development 2.0| financials for Portfolio Planning|Strategic Portfolio Management Workspace| Integration of Agile Work Items with PPM

• Expected hands on with all Service Now components such as Client Script| Business Rules| UI Actions| UI Pages| UI Policies| Script Includes| UI Scripts| Script Actions| RESTAPIs| Email Notifications| etc.

• Experience in Automation suites i.e. Flow amp Playbooks

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving experience| ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities.

• Developing solutions on Service Now platform using an quot Architecture firstquot principle

• Working with Business Analysts on technical stories| ensuring timely delivery during Sprint cycles

• Contributing unit tests using team

• Expected development experience in Service Now is minimum of 3-5 years
