From fundraising and mission delivery to strategy and reporting, strong data insights help us work smarter and serve the neuromuscular community more meaningfully.
We are currently seeking a Data Analyst to join our Data Team. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical, and motivated by turning complex data into meaningful insights that support decision-making across the organization.
In this role, you will work to extract, analyze, and interpret data from our Raiser’s Edge database to support teams across Philanthropy, Mission, Finance, and Shared Services.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues across the organization to support dashboards, reports, event and campaign analysis, and ad hoc data requests. You’ll also contribute to data quality, integrity, and continuous improvement, helping to strengthen Muscular Dystrophy Canada’s overall data culture.
Who we are looking for
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 3-5 years of experience in Raisers Edge data analytics, insights, or data and information management
- Brings a strong analytical mindset and enjoys working with large and complex datasets
- Has experience extracting, manipulating, and analyzing data to support business decisions
- Is comfortable translating data into clear insights and recommendations for non-technical audiences
- Is collaborative, curious, and service-oriented in their approach to stakeholder support
- Has strong organizational skills and can manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Exercises sound judgment and maintains discretion and confidentiality at all times
