Position: Growth-Focused CSM for SaaS Subscriptions (Hybrid )
A leading subscription platform in Toronto is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support growth-stage merchants. The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio, enhance customer retention, and collaborate with Sales and Product teams. This hybrid role requires excellent technical aptitude and experience in eCommerce/SaaS. The compensation ranges from $94,117 CAD to $117,647 CAD OTE, along with various benefits like medical plans and flexible time off.
