As a Patient Experience iCare Exchange Snowflake Engineer, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining secure, scalable, and compliant data solutions that directly support our patient services mission. This position combines deep technical expertise in Snowflake with a strong commitment to patient privacy, data security, and healthcare compliance standards.

You will be responsible for architecting, developing, and optimizing Snowflake-based data solutions that enable Sanofi to deliver exceptional patient experiences while maintaining the highest standards of data protection and regulatory compliance.

Digital Patient Experience team is seeking Salesforce Admin job involves maintaining and customizing the Salesforce CRM platform, managing users, data, security, and automation, creating reports/dashboards, providing user training, and ensuring the system aligns with business goals, acting as the bridge between technical capabilities and business needs for efficiency.

Main Responsibilities
  • User and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules.
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to):
    Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports.
  • Experience in managing multiple Salesforce Dev, QA and Pre-Prod and Prod environments.
  • Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
  • Identify unused or underutilized platform features.
  • Configure Data Masking, Single sign on and DKIM keys.
  • Configure and manage the Salesforce Managed Packages (Adobe, CRM-Analytics).
  • Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders.
  • Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders.
  • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
  • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
  • Monitor and improve user adoption, new user and ongoing user training.
  • Writing Configuration & Technical documentation.
Healthcare Compliance and Patient Data Protection
  • Maintain strict adherence to Sanofi Patient Services standards and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure all solutions comply with PHI (Protected Health Information) and PII (Personally Identifiable Information) regulations.
  • Implement GDPR‑compliant data handling, storage, and processing practices.
  • Maintain patient data safety and privacy as the highest priority in all technical decisions.
  • Participate in compliance audits and implement remediation actions as needed.
  • Stay current with healthcare data regulations including HIPAA, GDPR, and other applicable standards.
Qualifications and Background
  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3+ years of Salesforce Administration hands‑on experience with (Salesforce Health Cloud or any Salesforce product)
  • Trailhead Badges and/or Super Badges
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform App Builder
  • Bachelor’s degree
